If you find a standard exercise is too difficult, you can slow start with its simplified alternative, then advance to the main moves once these seem easy. You can also chose to slow down your exercise pace by clicking the gear-sharp button on the right-up corner. Please always adjust moves according to your own condition, and workout with proper techniques. This app gives detailed explanation on techniques (including solutions to common mistakes and alternatives), so you can check your techniques with a mirror or friend easily.
